As we wrap up another busy season and gear up for an even busier fall, we wanted to take a moment to share a few updates from the Joseph E. Johnson & Sons Construction family.

First, we'd like to officially welcome Amanda to the team as our new Office Manager! Amanda has already hit the ground running, and we're excited to have her helping keep everything organized as we continue to grow. Welcome aboard, Amanda!

This summer has also given our crews a well-earned opportunity to recharge before our fall season kicks off next week. After months of hard work traveling the country and taking care of our customers, it's been great to see the guys spend some quality time with their families, get out on the golf course, do a little fishing, enjoy the outdoors, and simply take advantage of everything a Minnesota summer has to offer.

We hope everyone had a fantastic Fourth of July and has been enjoying a safe, relaxing summer.

Now it's almost time to get back after it. Our crews are rested, recharged, and ready for another exciting season of inflations, installations, inspections, repairs, and maintenance. We're looking forward to helping our customers across the country and continuing to deliver the quality workmanship and service that Joseph E. Johnson & Sons Construction has been known for for over 100 years.

Here's to a safe, successful, and busy fall season. We can't wait to get started!

As we wrap up another busy dome season, I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible effort our team has put in over the last several weeks.

The guys have been working tirelessly to complete our final projects, get our domes down for the season, and take on a major repair project for a new customer—all while maintaining the high standards and quality that Joseph E. Johnson & Sons Construction is known for.

Long days, lots of travel, and plenty of hard work have been the norm lately, but through it all, the crew has kept a positive attitude, worked safely, and continued to support one another every step of the way. We were even able to take a little time at the end to have some fun together before making our final push to close out the season.

I couldn't be more proud of this team and everything they've accomplished. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to do whatever it takes are what make our company successful.

Thank you to every member of the JEJS team for the countless hours, hard work, and commitment. We're looking forward to finishing strong and then enjoying a well-earned summer break before we gear up for another busy season.

Another busy week in the books for the team at Joseph E. Johnson & Sons Construction. Over the last week alone, our crews successfully completed multiple projects across five different states around the country.

The amount of hard work, long hours, travel, teamwork, and dedication that went into getting these projects completed does not go unnoticed. The guys continued to push through hectic schedules, changing conditions, and tight timelines while still delivering quality work and representing the company the right way.

We’re proud of what this team continues to accomplish week after week. Thank you to all of our employees, customers, and partners for your continued support.

Another week down, a lot of miles traveled, and a lot of projects completed. Excellent job by everyone involved — now on to the next one. 👊

Another busy week in the books for Joseph E. Johnson & Sons Construction!

Last week, we battled Mother Nature, tackled a special project out in Utah, and still completed three of our local dome projects. The schedule was hectic, the weather didn’t always cooperate, but our crews stepped up and got the job done.

Proud of the hard work, teamwork, and dedication these guys continue to show day in and day out. No matter the challenges, they push through and complete every project to the best of their ability.

Excellent job by the entire team — your hard work does not go unnoticed. On to the next one!

Last week was another busy one for the crew 💪

We completed our largest dome of the season, along with two additional smaller domes—and everything went off without a hitch. The labor was solid, the coordination was on point, and the team worked together exactly how you want to see it.

Proud of the effort and ex*****on from everyone involved. On to the next one.

Our spring seasonal season is in full swing. The guys have been hard at it, and Mother Nature has been decent to us to keep us on schedule. We have a busy schedule coming up, and looking forward to good weather and lots of production for the rest of the season. I will have more pics in next week's post.
