🛑STOP🛑
Before digging or even purchasing your land there are important steps to think about. Most importantly what your vision for your outdoor space looks like for your family. Before we got to foundation stage we wanted to make sure the grade would work for the partial walkout plus if a homeowner decides to add a future pool. We work with our homeowners to stake the home prior to it being set so you can see the view from rooms to understand exactly how your home will work with the lay of your land.

🌟Award Winning 2025 HBA Custom Home of the Year 🌟

The Callaway Custom Home was built on David and Teal Erickson family property. They made modifications to the home to fit their family's needs. We think it turned out perfect and here are some of the custom features we loved about this home as well:
1. The classic brick / stone elevation with the dark colors.
2. The stained wood accents on the front elevation from the timbers to the double front doors to the stained car siding at the front entrance.
3. The stained wooden features that carried to the inside.
4. The two tone kitchen island stains
5. The dramatic Quartz to top it off and creating the backsplash focal point with added custom hood.
6. The customized kitchen layout with the family command center area to keep the family on top of the busy schedules.
7. The added door to the exterior from the mudroom for the "fur friends" so they do not need to go up and down the deck stairs to be let out.
8. The additional loft area for the kids to hang out.
9. The outdoor space with added heaters to enjoy more time outside.

We had so much fun working with David and Teal on their new home and could not agree more that all of their selections came together perfectly!
