One of the standout features of this design in our Belcaro Floor Plan is the thoughtful connection between the great room and the outdoor living space. The expansive double sliding door creates a dramatic opening for entertaining, allowing guests to move seamlessly between indoors and outdoors while maximizing views of the backyard. In addition, a separate single exterior door provides convenient everyday access for the outdoor activities. Together, these two access points offer both functionality and flexibility. These options allow natural light in, creating a bright, open atmosphere that makes the home feel even more spacious and inviting throughout the day.

We are swooning over the homeowners choice with this 2.5” inch mitered countertop on the island. It is a dramatic statement that adds depth, dimension and a sophisticated modern edge. From empty to elevated..
This space was an empty wall tucked in our Belcaro model across from the primary en-suite. When building this model we wanted to take advantage of this open space to elevate this hallway. We started with adding a bench and then decided to add the custom mirror with trim around it to take this ordinary space to the next level. It creates a luxury feel while also adding natural light to the otherwise dark hallway by reflecting it from the window in the primary en-suite. A custom touch that elevates this hallway.

✨Award Winning Plan…. The Aria✨

The Aria was one of our award winning new models. When designing this plan,Joe and Kristen spent hours thinking of elevations and piecing together the home layout. We accomplished this by diving into a busy day in the life of a family, feedback from customers (years of sitting in a display home and working with customers helped create a lengthy list) and ideas we see while scouring plans. This plan married many ideas on our lists.

Some favorite features include:
✨numerous grand elevations
✨open divided floor plan with 10’ ceiling throughout
✨4 bedrooms + 3.5 baths, private primary suite wing
✨walk through scullery off the kitchen, by the garage entrance to the home with microwave/custom cabinets/shelving
✨separate mud room / laundry room by primary suite
✨large casement windows, allowing all the natural light. Plus a favorite.. kitchen sink on outside wall
✨Dining room open to the kitchen and at the front of the home.
✨oversized side entry 3 car garage with stairs to the basement for all your holiday decor and more
✨luxury appliances and more….

We have recently closed on two of these custom models and have two more under construction. We absolutely love the flow of this plan and would have to say others agree. You can find the Aria plan on our website under Estate Series.

Intentional spaces from the beginning…

This home’s grade allowed for a side walkout. The homeowners wanted to utilize the basement as entertainment space with a bar, pool table, movie room, etc. This side yard is wooded so we created a way to utilize the outdoor space off the basement rec area for outdoor entertainment. We designed this u shape patio to ultimately finish the space as firepit and to add a hot tub. This allows outdoor space to enjoy through cool nights with family/friends or a quiet space to enjoy the sunset.

It is important to think of all spaces when designing your custom home. Home placement is the biggest starting point and how you want to utilize your outdoor spaces, whether it be future projects or during construction projects.

Joe brings his years of expertise to the excavation process, coordinating with the excavator to achieve the ideal home placement based on drainage, grading, views, access and your intended use of the land. This is one of the most important processes in home building experience.
