V Squared Roofing & Restoration
Another project underway in Tom Bean, Texas. This project will be undergoing some nice transformations and color changes.
This is one of our first projects we did years ago. You can see the transformation from the otiginal blue-gray to the pretty Shakewood shingles and new paint job we did in 2022.

Well now its been decided to go with a dark Brownwood Owens Corning shingle and we're going to paint all the trim, as well as add a new garage door in a dark brown to match the new color scheme.

This project will also include a full interior paint rehab and make-ready to get the house ready to put on the market.

Nice project in McKinney!
They needed a new roof on their recently acquired beautiful home in McKinney they were given a roof allowance and
we hooked up the homeowner with a sweet roof upgrade, swapping out their builder-grade shingles for impact-resistant Class 3 ones. Plus, they got a 5-year workmanship warranty and a new roof discount on their insurance! Talk about a win-win! 🏡🛡️

The adjuster appointment went great this morning with USAA, who acknowledged hail and wind damage to this roof in Travis Ranch. Another upgraded roof is coming soon in Forney! 🛠️🏡

Adjuster appointment went well for Eric 's client from his church .
They are getting this one ready to put on the market soon.
It will have a nice newly upgraded roofing system.
Now we're just waiting on the paperwork to schedule production.
