One day, new concrete patio. I had to hand dig out the old landscaping, rocks, and dirt. I got the desired depth I needed, installed rebar, just as the concrete truck was driving up the driveway. I did have a friend help me with the finishing. Plenty of new patio space!

Small projects need attention too. Security screen door that was ordered months ago arrived and I installed it so the customers can get some air flowing into this garage. The garage is setup as a hangout space/living quarters. Now on a nice day they can get the breeze inside.

Happy Mother's Day to all the women who took on the most difficult and underappreciated job of being a mom!! Long hours, stress, fatigue, and testing of patience are just a few of the things that come with the job. In the end though, a great mom not only benefits her own family, but society as a whole. For those women I am thankful! My beautiful wife gave me four wonderful children who are impressing me daily....mostly due to her guidance as a mother. I will always be in debt to her.

New door for wheelchair service. This home had a 24 inch bathroom door which no one liked. I removed that door and framed in for a 36 inch door. I relocated the switches to make room for the new door casing. To save floor tiles(which are discontinued), homeowners agreed on a threshold pattern tile. They will also finish the painting of walls, trim, and door.

Ramp project complete. Swipe to see the before pictures. Stairs had seen their time. Homeowners need this ramp for the elderly parent who is moving in soon. She is wheelchair bound. She needs daily care. This ramp allows the family to get her in and out of the home with ease. Project pushed me as a one man show, but in the end it will be a blessing for this family.
