Gerald Heiliger Obituary
Gerald Clarence "Jerry" Heiliger Lady Lake, FL - Jerry Heiliger, 85, passed away peacefully in his home on August 23, 2024. Jerry was known and loved by many for his bubbly personality. He always seemed to have a pep in his step , a smile on his face, and could be heard whistling happy tunes wherever he went. Jerry managed the local JCPenney store and after its closing in 1995, he worked at Premier Bank until he retired in 2000. In his spare time, Jerry was very involved with The Lions Club and loved playing golf at The Mounds.

After retiring, Jerry and his wife Judy moved to The Villages of Lady Lake, Florida where they have spent the last 24 years enjoying the warm weather, the plethora of golf courses and live music, and also cheering on the Packers and Badgers from afar.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Judy, 3 kids and their spouses, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

There will be a Celebration of Life held in Jerry's honor at The Mounds Country Club on September 30 from 4-7 pm.

Halloween 23 will by far one I will never forget ! Thanks for great help from dad and Dan Buckingham. Ryan Bergey. My best buck to date ! Quite a story. But I'll take it ! Amazing event in amazing community!

It was another RECORD-BREAKER!! We are SO excited to announce that we will be donating 🌟$135,000🌟 to the A-T Children’s Project! 🤯🤩 We are humbled once again by the incredible generosity and outpouring of love that you have shown us this year. It’s always difficult to put into words how thankful we are. The number of people who donate their time, service, skills, and money to our event is unbelievable.

🔸To our volunteers: your willingness to go above and beyond the call to serve is inspiring. Thank you for working so hard for us behind the scenes and on race day to help us pull this off each year. We could not do this without you!
