🌱 IMPORTANT MOWING SCHEDULE UPDATE 🌱
As SnowAndMow Services continues to grow and the number of mowing clients increases, I’m making an important change to how I schedule mowing routes moving forward.
To help with route optimization, reduce unnecessary drive time, and allow me to serve more clients efficiently, I’ll be creating a set mowing schedule by city/location.
📍 HOW THE NEW MOWING ROUTE WILL WORK
I’ll assign specific days of the week to specific cities or areas.
When I’m scheduled to be in your city, I’ll be stopping at my mowing clients in that area on their scheduled route day.
Once your schedule is established, I’ll let you know your specific mowing day.
🌿 WEEKLY, 10-DAY OR BIWEEKLY?
Moving forward, mowing services will be offered on three scheduling options only:
• Weekly — every 7 days
• 10-Day — every 10 days
• Biweekly — every 14 days
These are the only mowing schedules I will be offering. There will not be customized mowing intervals or individually selected mowing days outside of these schedules.
Please message me and let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll place you into the appropriate route.
⚠️ BIWEEKLY MOWING CLIENTS
Please keep in mind that allowing grass to grow longer between cuts may result in an additional charge depending on the height of the grass and the amount of work required.
📅 NEED TO SKIP A MOWING?
If you don’t need your lawn mowed during your scheduled week, that’s okay!
Just let me know before I arrive at your property and I can skip that stop.
If you ask me to wait until the following week, your mowing will need to wait until I’m scheduled to be back in that area. Additional fees may apply if the grass becomes excessively tall.
If I don’t hear from you before I arrive, please be prepared for your scheduled mowing service to be completed and billed.
🌧️ WEATHER DELAYS & MAKEUP DAYS
Weather doesn’t always cooperate with the schedule!
If rain or other weather conditions prevent me from completing your mowing on your scheduled day, I will have designated makeup days built into my weekly route.
These will usually be the day before or the day after my planned mowing day for that specific location, depending on weather and route availability.
My goal is to get your lawn mowed as close to your normal scheduled day as possible while keeping the entire route moving efficiently.
💚 PREPAY MOWING CLIENTS
If you are currently part of my Prepay Mowing Deal, your mowing schedule will continue to operate as we have been doing.
Prepay mowing clients will remain my priority clients when planning routes.
After my prepay clients are scheduled, remaining mowing availability will be handled first come, first served.
🛠️ OTHER SERVICES
This new route schedule applies strictly to mowing services.
For other services such as landscaping projects, garden resets, seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, trimming, hedge and bush trimming, mulching, weeding, tree work, snow & ice services, or other property improvement projects, please message me directly to schedule a free quote and consultation.
During the consultation, we’ll discuss what you’re looking to have done, provide a quote, and schedule a specific day for the work to be completed.

I want to continue being as flexible as possible with my clients, but with the growth of SnowAndMow Services and the increasing number of properties I’m taking care of, having an organized mowing route has become necessary.
This will allow me to spend less time driving between properties and more time taking care of your lawns.
