A little before and After. Typically we don't do remodeling but this nice lady was in a tough spot,. she couldn't put up a new garage because of zoning restrictions so we had no choice but to fix the existing one. There's still a couple lumps and bumps but overall it turned out pretty good!

Here's a basement we recently finished. It's nothing fancy or really expensive but its safe, clean and dry and adds value to your home. It's something to think about especially if you have growing kids that are becoming more independent.

Finished up a garden shed. 16x16. Includes a concrete floor, covered porch, Anderson windows, smartside siding , French doors for the riding mower, and vaulted ceilings for more storage options Total cost came out to about 18,000.
