A beautiful culmination of our chase for perfection here at Lusso fine finish, a very large custom home underwent a full transformation, full demo, about 20 sheets of patchwork to change plumbing and electrical, full interior and exterior paint, high gloss handrail, fully accented interior.
We had the pleasure of handling the Interior/exterior paint, hanging and finishing patchwork, adding a high gloss finish to the pine handrail, and prepping and finishing out all existing and new trim work for a totally seamless finish. The exterior stucco was severely damaged from native birds so we ended up patching about 60 areas as well as adding a stucco return on the new exterior door, so much fun!

Just a small demo to refinish done by us here at Lusso fine finish, the customer had a severely water damaged ceiling due to a line break going to a swamp cooler in the ceiling. We tore it out to asse damage and Determined moisture content, added air movers and let it dry to prevent mold. We love taking care of these full finishes, thank you for looking!

Very humble beginnings in regards to business, my first company truck, 1978 Toyota mini, I started out with just hand tools and a little $3000 Rig that I also had to learn how to drive stick in, it came with a new clutch so I had a little bit of grace at the very least. It received this round of abuse from me but she’s receiving a new life as a classic build with its new owner but damn I miss it every day. She got me wherever I wanted to go and she got me there slow!
