In recent years, more and more local jurisdictions are requiring Class 4 shingles on all residential re-roofing projects; this is the highest possible rating of hail impact resistance. Fortunately, Class 4 shingles have been a standard at Westers Roofing for several years. This means fewer insurance claims, less waste being disposed of at the local landfill, and sometimes even discounts on home insurance.

We are proud to provide Malarkey Class 4 shingles as they not only have 35% greater tear strength and 65% greater granule adhesion than industry standard, but they are also sustainably manufactured using upcycled rubber and plastic.

HAPPY 4TH OF JULY!

Don't let the hail rain on your parade, Northern Colorado!

Nearly two years ago, in the late hours of July 5th, 2019, Fort Collins and surrounding areas were hit with one of the most severe hailstorms we have ever seen. In the last few months, Westers Roofing has still been receiving calls regarding damage from this storm.

To prepare for the 2021 season... We cannot stress how important it is to quickly assess the damage and move forward with the replacement process; otherwise, your home may be subject to future issues such as leaks and deteriorated decking, which are not likely to be covered by insurance.

A fast-moving storm pelted east Fort Collins on Friday, damaging cars, homes and gardens.
