We intentionally take on fewer projects so we can remain deeply involved throughout the entire process from early planning meetings to final details on site. That level of involvement creates stronger partnerships, better outcomes, and homes designed to last for generations.

Everyone always asks how the project’s going…

Nobody asks how the construction manager is doing after picking up 4,372 water bottles, random cardboard scraps, and somebody’s half eaten breakfast burrito off the jobsite.

Behind every “smooth project” is a construction manager slowly becoming the site janitor, therapist, scheduler, problem solver, and garbage collector.

We’re building what we call a passive-ish home.

And before anyone comes for us… yes, we love Passive House principles. We just also believe there’s a way to apply them thoughtfully without always going through the full certification process.

Because what matters most to our clients is how the home actually performs day to day.

So instead of focusing on the label, we’re focusing on what actually moves the needle.

A double wall system that keeps temperatures consistent and makes the home noticeably quieter.

An ERV that continuously cycles in fresh air, improving indoor air quality without you having to think about it.

And materials that are chosen with longevity in mind, not just what looks good right now.

It’s a more intentional approach.
A more practical approach.
And honestly, a more livable approach.

We’re not skipping the good stuff… we’re just being selective about what matters most.
