Brinkman Construction has officially broken ground on Touchmark on Harmony Ridge, a new senior living community in Fort Collins!

The 308,000 SF first phase will bring a full continuum of care to the community, including independent living, assisted living, andmemory care. We’re proud to partner with Touchmark and LRS Architects to bring this thoughtfully planned campus to life.

Brinkman Construction's 2026 intern class wrapped up the summer by presenting to their managers and members of the leadership team, sharing what they've learned and accomplished throughout their internships.

This year's class included preconstruction and project interns who each gave a presentation covering their background, the projects they supported, their day-to-day responsibilities, challenges they worked through, and their goals for the future. Each presentation concluded with a Q&A session, giving interns the opportunity to discuss their experiences and reflect on what they've learned.

Thank you to all of our interns for your dedication and enthusiasm this summer. We look forward to seeing where your careers take you, and we're excited about the future talent represented by this outstanding group!

The Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado is complete!

Located in Loveland, this 2,900 SF renovation transformed an existing open finished space into a eye care clinic designed to better support both patients and staff. The completed build-out includes exam rooms, offices, staff areas, and support spaces tailored to meet the operational needs of the practice.

We were proud to partner with Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado and Marasco & Associates to deliver a functional, welcoming space that will support the Loveland community for years to come.

This month, we welcomed one new hire and welcomed back a former intern to the Brinkman Construction team! Jostenh Alvarez returned to Brinkman Construction as an Engineer I after previously interning with us, and Roberto Martinez Calvillo joined us as an Engineer II. We're excited to have them on the team and look forward to the contributions they'll make as they support projects throughout Colorado.

Our summer interns recently spent the day learning more about jobsite safety, exploring active projects, and connecting with team members during Intern Safety Day.

The group visited Oaks Ridge at 64th and Marshall Pointe, where they heard directly from project teams about the work underway, the challenges involved in bringing multi-family projects to life, and the importance of maintaining a strong safety mindset on every jobsite.

We're excited to have this talented group with us this summer and look forward to seeing everything they accomplish in the months ahead!

We're proud to share that Brinkman Construction was recently recognized with three awards at the Associated General Contractors of Colorado Safety Awards.

The AGC Blue Chase Award recognizes our partnership with AGC and OSHA to advance safety across the construction industry. We were also honored with the Construction Excellence Award for maintaining a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) below the industry average and the Stormwater Excellence Award for our teams' commitment to excellent stormwater management across our projects.

These awards reflect the daily efforts of our project teams, field leaders, craft professionals, and trade partners who make safety a priority on every jobsite.

Our team recently attended Denver Children's Advocacy Center's Swing for Hope fundraiser at Topgolf Centennial in support of an important mission.

DCAC provides critical services for children and families impacted by abuse and neglect, offering crisis intervention, advocacy, prevention programs, and trauma-informed care that helps children heal and move forward.

We were proud to join others from across the community in supporting an organization that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families every day.
