A 30-amp dryer circuit, which was wired with 12-gauge wire, recently malfunctioned at the residence I was occupying. Fortunately, the issue was addressed professionally, and a new 10-gauge, 4-wire circuit was installed on a dedicated 2-pole 30-amp breaker. Given my background in construction, I appreciate the expertise with which the situation was handled, and I'm grateful that I was present to mitigate potential damage. I want to express my gratitude to my father, a retired inside wireman, for assisting me. I'm thankful for his expertise and hope everyone has a wonderful spring weekend.
