Another small job from last week.

This area was uneven and the customer wanted it leveled off so they could plant more trees.

Hauled in some gravel to level off and then topcoated it with a thick layer of loam.

Went back to lay down some seed and hay to complete the job.

Driveway resurface ✅

This customers driveway was rutted from vehicle tire tracks and had a drop when pulling in after the road was paved.

Hauled in some 1.5” minus material and then spread it with skid steer. Hand raked the edges and by the building then it got vibratory rolled with the skid steer.

Parking/turn around area resurfaced last week. Hauled in good material and spread with skid steer. No more potholes and all the same material now ✅

Water issues resolved✅ Back yard transformation✅

This customer was having issues with water due to the grade of the property pitching towards the side of the garage/back of the house. The back yard was also uneven and not very useable. Oh and the cover to access the well was a foot underground making servicing a blast 🙃

To resolve the water issues a swale was excavated along the side of the garage and extended out to the edge of the property with the proper pitch to drain the water away.

The entire back yard was then reshaped to utilize this swale and any excess material was used at the back edge of the yard to help extend it and gain useable space. A riser was also added so now the cover to access the well casing is at ground level.

Screened loam was hauled in and spread with the skid steer then seeded/hayed. A crushed rock turn around pad was also done on the way out. No before pictures 🤦🏼‍♂️ I’ll try better next time
