Qualifications
-Must be 18 years of age.
-Must have a valid driver's license.
-Must have a vehicle and be able to travel as needed.
-Experience in complete renovation, carpentry, tile, masonry, ext.
-Must be able to wear respirators, safety glasses, and or hearing protection in required areas.
-Must be able to work with others with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Tile work
Masonry work
Repair/replace doors and change the locks
Carry out carpentry work
Repair minor electrical issues
Repair minor plumbing/appliances
Carry out flooring repairs/replacements
Troubleshoot general problems
Repair and replace general hardware
Painting, drywall repair, pressure washing
