Little River Plaza has officially broken ground! In partnership with AIDS Healthcare Foundation and Healthy Housing Foundation, we are proud to announce that Miami, Florida will soon include 250 deeply homes right in the heart of . Designed by Glavovic Studio, Little River Plaza’s approach includes materials and construction systems that are regionally available, among other approaches for the local .

Today, our founder and design director Margi Glavovic Nothard joined the Community Foundation of Broward for a Board Leadership Workshop, discussing the Broward Partnership for the Homeless, Inc.’s commitment to reducing homelessness in the community. As the incoming vice chair of the board of directors in 2026, Margi brings her many years of service in to the discussion on this urgent issue. Margi and the Glavovic Studio team are dedicated to helping find meaningful solutions to the problem in Florida and beyond.
