This week we demolished a 20 year old shower/ steam room and for the first time in a long time finding absolutely no trace of water damage or mold to the structure around it. Very unusual especially given the high pressure steam unit in a sealed enclosure. This is only due to a properly installed schluter system that was originally installed. Using the right product is key but installing it correctly makes all the difference.
