Pay TBD Based on Experience | Full-Time 40 hrs. a week

Yacht Management is looking for a skilled Outboard Certified Technician to join our Fort Lauderdale team. If you take pride in your work and want steady hours, great benefits, and real career growth in the yachting industry, this is a strong opportunity.

What You’ll Do:
•Diagnose, service, and repair outboard engines
•Perform scheduled maintenance, warranty work, and troubleshooting
•Handle dockside service calls in the South Florida area (company van provided)
•Assist with general vessel systems (pumps, electrical, rigging, etc.) •Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with the team

What We’re Looking:
•Outboard Certification (required)
•3+ years marine mechanical experience
•Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
•Broad understanding of vessel systems (not just engines)
•Valid driver’s license and professional work ethic
