When your home, your community, and your sense of safety are shaken, rebuilding takes all of us. 🇨🇴❤️

Last week, Colombia was heavily shaken by a 7.4 earthquake. So many lives were lost, and so many families are now facing the unimaginable reality of losing their homes and everything they had.

My country and my people are hurting, and while we may not be there physically to help, we can still show up from wherever we are.

Today, I’m asking my friends, family, colleagues, and community to help in any way you can. ❤️

Organizations like Global Empowerment Mission (GEM), where we have had the privilege of volunteering on other occasions, and TECHO, are working to support communities in need.

You can help by donating money, sending needed items, volunteering your time, or simply sharing information with others who may be able to help.

And if you can’t donate money or time, reach out to your Colombian friends. Check in on them. Ask how they’re doing. Looking out for each other emotionally matters too. Sometimes, simply knowing that someone is thinking of you can make a difference. ❤️

What a way to start the week!

Nothing beats starting Monday by planning, reviewing every detail, and getting ready for another beautiful countertop installation.

Today I stopped by to visit our trusted countertop fabricator to go over the details of a few upcoming projects. These meetings may seem small, but they’re where the magic happens. Every measurement, edge detail, seam, and finish is carefully reviewed before installation day.

Great projects are built on great partnerships. We’ve been working with Dynamic for more than 15 years, and their team continues to impress us with their professionalism, responsiveness, craftsmanship, and commitment to getting every installation just right.

We’re grateful to work alongside people who care about quality as much as we do because that’s what our clients deserve.

Here we are at our Fort Lauderdale project with plumbing and structural work underway. While the construction may not look glamorous yet, this is where the foundation for a successful renovation is built.

Every wall removed, every pipe relocated, and every structural detail addressed today is part of a carefully planned design strategy that will deliver beautiful, functional results tomorrow.

It’s funny how life works. This beautiful country has now been my home for even longer than the country that saw me born.

The United States has given me so much. A family, a business, incredible friendships, opportunities to create, and a place where our dreams continue to evolve every single day.

As designers, we are known for creating timeless spaces and often gravitate toward soft neutrals and layered textures. But every now and then, our passion for fútbol reminds us to have a little fun.

To be playful.
To take risks.
To step outside the expected.

And yes... to dip our fingers into bold colors that tell a story.

Inspired by the USA World Cup team, we created a series of mood boards that celebrate not only the energy of the game but also the beautiful symbolism behind the American flag.

We’re so excited to watch our Colombian team play tonight, we couldn’t help but take inspiration from our iconic jersey and turn it into three elevated interior design moodboards.
