So here is a quick shot of our recent Margate Project.
The Paint is being applied...exterior anyway. On Monday we have our FINALS for the Roof and the Windows (17) & Doors (4).
Today got the Interior Permits applied for.
We rarely take on a project without following the permitting process. New Owners want to know their Safe Place is actually SAFE. It's also why we are Licensed & Insured.
There are other pictures but they just haven't been compiled in one place...yet.
What are your thoughts on the color...we are mixed, but we have a commitment from a buyer. They selected the colors & paid for it, so...there's that.

With the close of this day we will have completed two roof jobs this week.
Coming up on finishing a Remodel in Tamarac and have begun another out West.
Sent out 2 HOME INSPECTIONS with the Close of Yesterday.
As I sit in the Office plugging in a Construction Repair Report...listening to Good Morning America...there is a News Story concerning the Shoddy Business arising in Home Building.
Guess what is Most Recommended????
