Underground work has begun on Phase 2 of Society Las Olas. When completed, it will be one of the largest residential developments in the City of Fort Lauderdale. At 42 stories and adding 563 residential units to the already completed phase totaling 1,104 residential units and 98 hotel units. Scheduled for completion in Q1 of 2026. Dunes, a new hotel development on Fort Lauderdale Beach with 228 hotel rooms is pending permit approval from the City of Fort Lauderdale. We are anxiously awaiting final approval and cannot wait to see this project move forward. Stay tuned for updates!
