• High-rise, multifamily, hospitality, or mixed-use experience
• Advanced Revit & BIM skills
• Strong knowledge of building systems & construction
• Florida Building Code knowledge
• Proven leadership & project management skills

Underground work has begun on Phase 2 of Society Las Olas. When completed, it will be one of the largest residential developments in the City of Fort Lauderdale. At 42 stories and adding 563 residential units to the already completed phase totaling 1,104 residential units and 98 hotel units. Scheduled for completion in Q1 of 2026.
