Elevator Maintenance Plans
Florida State Elevator preventive maintenance programs are designed to maximize equipment reliability and minimize down time. Regular preventive maintenance and mandatory safety tests will result in fewer breakdowns and costly emergency repairs for increased equipment life expectancey and long term savings. We offer limited and full service preventive maintenance prog
rams. Full Service Plan
Our full service programs for your hydraulic, traction, or machine room-less elevator(s) is typically written to cover regular maintenance plus major part repairs and/or replacements. We can quote a full service plan that covers almost everything, but before we do, we would like to physically inspect your elevator(s) at no cost to you. The purpose of the inspection is to be able to quote you the best possible price. Once we have evaluated your elevator, we will write up a proposal based on your elevator(s) age, condition, and previous service history. Request Quote
Limited Service Plan
A limited (a.k.a. customized) service program for your traction, hydraulic, or machine-room-less elevator(s) should be tailored to equipment type, age and patterns of use, rather than simply follow a generic maintenance plan. That’s why Florida State Elevator's Limited Service Program can also be thought of as a Customized Service Program that is right for your elevator and your budget. We can quote a service program that covers everything except major parts if you like, but before we quote you a price on a limited service program, we would like to physically inspect your elevator(s) at no cost to you. Once we have evaluated your elevator, we will write up a proposal to cover what you feel makes sense given the age, condition, and previous service history of your elevator(s). Request Quote

Just like most anything that needs service, there is absolutely no reason to limit your options to the company that manufactured your traction, hydraulic, or MRL (machine-room-less) elevator. Florida State Elevator is local in South Florida, so we have a strong incentive to keep you coming back. Unlike the large nationwide and worldwide elevator companies, we simply cannot afford to provide underperforming products and services and still expect to stay in business. A licensed elevator mechanic is trained to service and maintain all makes and models of elevators. Listed below are our choices of maintenance programs available to you. No matter which program you choose, we will assign your elevators a licensed mechanic, service superintendent and customer service representative to manage your elevator needs.
