FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a Finance Administrator. Your main responsibilities will include keeping financial records, preparing quarterly financial reports, run payroll, preparing bills and delivering high quality customer service.
We’re looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong math skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently. You should also be trustworthy and excellent communicator. If you have a background in Finance and knowledge of bookkeeping activities, we’d like to meet you.
Your goal will be to ensure our accounting procedures run smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Process bills, checks, payroll, and other documents
• Verify financial and other data (e.g., tax identification numbers)
• Monitor financial transactions
• Enter data and maintain accurate records
• Account reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors, customers and colleagues
• Report the status of accounts and discrepancies
• Creating and update daily spreadsheets of project schedules
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Keep records of tax payments
• Manage company liabilities (e.g., payroll liabilities, quarterly payroll taxes, health insurance)
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Proven experience as a Finance Clerk
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial transactions
• Attention to detail
• Organization and multitasking abilities
• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
• Reliability and strong worth ethics
• Ability to solve problems
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hands on experience with accounting software QuickBooks
• Knowledge of MS Excel (Creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
