For facility owners, business owners, and property managers,
having a current roof condition report can help:

identify problem areas early
document existing conditions after storms
track wear over time
and give you a clearer picture of what you’re actually dealing with before decisions have to be made quickly

A lot of roofing issues don’t show up from the ground.

And by the time water makes it inside, the problem’s usually been building for a while.

That’s why having eyes on the roof before things escalate matters.

At Mustang Ridge, we offer roof inspections and condition reports designed to give property owners a clear understanding of:
✔ what looks good
✔ what needs attention
✔ and what may become a bigger issue down the road

No pressure.
No runaround.
Just straightforward information you can actually use.

👉 If you’d like to get ahead of issues before the next round of storms rolls through, shoot us a message.

Any guesses on how much a roof repair like this would cost?

Same roof.
But one week of rain would’ve told a very different story.

Before:
Worn areas, problem spots starting to show, water already finding places to sit.

After:
Sealed, watertight, and built to handle weather like what we are getting now.

This is exactly what Colorado’s rainy stretch exposes.

Not brand-new failures,
but the spots that were already starting to break down.

The seams that aren’t holding like they should.
The areas that look fine from the ground… until they’re not.

A few days of steady rain is all it takes to turn this
into interior leaks, damage, and bigger repairs.

👉 If your building’s been taking on water this week, it’s worth getting ahead of it before it turns into something bigger.

Colorado’s rainy stretch is here.
And this is when roof problems really show up.

Not always right away.
But this is definitely when they start.

A few days of steady rain is enough to expose:
Weak seams
Bad flashing
Areas that were “holding up”… until now

Most leaks don’t start during one big storm.
They show up after a few days like this.

That’s when water finds its way into the spots you don’t see from the ground.

And we’re already seeing it this week.

Small issues turning into:
👉 interior stains
👉 recurring leaks
👉 bigger repairs than expected

If your building’s been taking on water the last few days, it’s worth getting ahead of it before it turns into something bigger. We have a few spots open next week for Roof Condition Reports. Click here to schedule

Attention Business Owners and Facility Managers...
Replacing your roof isn’t always the smart move.

But neither is trying to stretch a system that’s already failing.

We look at a lot of commercial roofs where the decision isn’t obvious. And that’s where people get stuck.

👉When a liquid applied system makes sense:
The system is still structurally sound
You’re dealing with wear and some damage, not failure
You want to extend life without full replacement costs

👉When it doesn’t:
There are structural issues
Repairs have been stacking up without solving the problem

Most roofs don’t need the most expensive option.
They need the right one.

👉 If you’re trying to figure out what makes sense for your building, it’s worth getting a straight answer before making a big decision. https://www.mustangridgeexteriors.com/

**Building Owners and Property Managers**
Quick question:

What’s been the most frustrating part of dealing with roof issues?

⚠️Recurring leaks
⚠️Vendors not following through
⚠️Budget constraints

Or has it been something else?

Meet Williams. One of the MVPs of the Mustang Ridge crew.

This part of the job doesn’t get the spotlight, but it’s where everything starts.

What you’re looking at here 👉 is roof prep.

Cleaning the surface, breaking down buildup, making sure the system is ready before anything goes down.

Because if this step gets rushed…
nothing that comes after it holds up the way it should.

This is Williams putting in that work.
Making sure the foundation is solid so the end result actually lasts.

That’s the standard across every job.

No shortcuts. Just work done right from the start.

👉 If you’ve got a roof that keeps having issues, it’s usually worth taking a closer look at what’s underneath it all. Lets get you on the schedule for a free roof inspection today.

Same roof. Two very different outcomes.

Before:
Multiple leak points, problem areas starting to fail, water getting in where it shouldn’t.

After:
Sealed up, watertight, and doing what it’s supposed to do.

From the ground, this didn’t look like a major issue.
But once we got up there, it was clear where things were breaking down.

This is where a lot of buildings get misdiagnosed.

Not every situation needs a full replacement.
But it does need someone who can actually track down the source and fix it the right way.

Most leaks don’t fix themselves.
They get worse, and more expensive.

👉 If something doesn’t seem right with your roof, send us a message and we’ll give you a straight answer on what you’re dealing with.

📍 Mile High Harley Shop – Aurora, Colorado

This roof was leaking in multiple spots.

At first glance, it looked like a bigger issue.

But after getting up there and taking a closer look, the problem wasn’t the entire roof. It was a few key areas that weren’t sealed correctly.

Instead of pushing for a full replacement, we:

* Tracked down the actual source of the leaks
* Made targeted repairs
* Sealed the problem areas the right way

Now it’s watertight and doing what it’s supposed to do.

This is where a lot of buildings get overcomplicated—and overcharged.

Not every roof needs to be replaced.
Sometimes it just needs the right fix.

👉 If you’ve got a leak (or something that doesn’t seem right), it’s worth getting a clear answer before making a bigger decision.

Meet the leadership behind Mustang Ridge.

We didn’t start this company to blend in.
We built it to do things the right way.

From day one, the focus has been simple:
👉Show up when we say we will
👉Communicate clearly
👉Do work that holds up over time

What we don’t compromise on:
👉Doing it right the first time
👉Keeping job sites clean and professional
👉Standing behind every project we take on

Our background taught us that the details matter... and that your name means something.

That’s how we approach every project.
No shortcuts.
No runaround.
No work we wouldn’t stand behind.

This roof shouldn’t be leaking... but it is.

Not because it’s old.
Because it wasn’t installed correctly.

Unfortunately, the new system wasn’t properly tied into the existing roof, and the flashing wasn’t done right. So now water’s getting underneath where it shouldn’t be and creating multiple leaking points.

This is the kind of issue that doesn’t show up right away…
but once it does, it hangs around until it’s actually fixed.

We get called in on problems like this all the time.

👉 If something doesn’t seem right with your roof, it’s worth getting a second set of eyes on it before it turns into a bigger issue.
