Landscaping / Grounds Maintenance Worker
2+ years experience preferred. Training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Mowing and Edging: Mow turf, trim grass edges, and blow clippings off walkways to keep properties manicured.
• Plant and Bed Maintenance: Prune hedges, bushes, and trees, w**d flower beds, and lay mulch or seasonal plantings.
• Equipment Operation: Operate power tools and machinery—such as zero-turn mowers, leaf blowers, w**d eaters, and chainsaws—while performing daily safety checks and routine maintenance.
• Communication Skills: Reliable teamwork and customer service abilities when dealing with clients or crew members.
• Client and Team Communication: Interact with property owners to answer service questions, or report property issues back to the office.
•Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift 50+ pounds for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to transport equipment to job sites.
• Pre employment drug screening and background check will be mandatory upon extension of conditional job offer. Periodic and random drug screenings will also be performed.
