WCC’s crew did a tremendous job over at Westinghouse Commons in Charlotte,NC! This tilt-up concrete project consists of a 147,000 SF shell warehouse, completed alongside our great partners at Myers & Chapman.

Proud of the hard work, teamwork, and craftsmanship that went into this project. Keep up the great work, team!

Grateful for our WCC crews last week as they pushed through the heat to stay ahead of the end-of-week storms. This photo captures what our teams do every day. Slab-on-grade placement, foundations being prepped and poured, and panel er****on all happening simultaneously to keep the project moving forward.

We are thrilled with the progress on the Foundry Steele Creek project with Choate Construction Company. The project kicked off for us in the latter part of September, and we were able to get two of the seven buildings in the air before the end of 2025. Two more are already underway, and with slabs complete and panel construction continuing, we expect those to be standing very soon.

Foundations are also in progress on the 300,000 SF building, with a target to have that structure in the air by mid-April. Exciting momentum and a great team effort all around.
