We are thrilled with the progress on the Foundry Steele Creek project with Choate Construction Company. The project kicked off for us in the latter part of September, and we were able to get two of the seven buildings in the air before the end of 2025. Two more are already underway, and with slabs complete and panel construction continuing, we expect those to be standing very soon.

Foundations are also in progress on the 300,000 SF building, with a target to have that structure in the air by mid-April. Exciting momentum and a great team effort all around.

** Project Update**

Wendell commerce phase 1 is going strong! Phase 1 consists of three spec bldgs totaling in 495,000 SF in Wendell, NC with our great friends Brinkmann Constructors

Daily our crews are installing foundations, prep and placing slab-on-grade, forming tilt panels, rebar installation for panels, pouring panels & erecting panels. Exteior HD paving coming soon.

Keep up the great work!

Stay tuned as we near completion of building B and prep to erect building C in just a few short weeks!

TCA expo Nashville 2025! What a great time it was to receive an award for the hard work and dedication that went in to completing 23XI this past year!

The 23XI Racing Headquarters was recognized with the Grand Jury Prize at the Tilt-Up Concrete Association's Tilt-Up Awards, which celebrates innovation and excellence in tilt-up construction worldwide.
