Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office management skills, proficient computer literacy, and exceptional customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

Minimum Qualifications
· A minimum of 5 years recent experience in a professional office setting
· An intimate knowledge of Morgan County and the surrounding areas
· Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team
· Impeccable integrity with a spotless background check
Knowledge, skills and abilities required
· Excellent computer skills, to include Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Adobe
· Pleasant telephone and face-to-face demeanor
· Quick learner for industry-specific software programs for billing, fleet tracking, etc.
· Very good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
· Intermediate bookkeeping skills
· Ability to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, telephone system, scanners, and copiers
Primary Responsibilities
· Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and business information
· Daily interaction with customers, vendors and drivers
· Answering telephone, open, sort and distribute incoming mail and e-mails
· Set up new clients, process payments daily to include electronic charges
· Plan, organize and dispatch roll off services, deliveries and removals
· Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, mailing and filing
· Maintain accounts receivables including late notices/pre-collection letters
· Reconcile monthly statements to specific receipts
· Track mileage and fuel records for Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance
· Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, letters and financial statements
· Post charges to customer from route sheets and add/remove necessary route notes daily and maintain roll off and delivery/removal board
