Neglected system with no maintenances for 2 years. Bacterial growth inside and out of the supply plenum which was nearly falling off with holes and separated joints connected to the unit causing loss of air to the living space. Here are before and after pictures of replacing the plenum, reattaching flex’s and sealing all air leaks. This old dinosaur R-22 system has seen 20+ years of its fair share of dust dirt and debris. Pulled and cleaned coil, drain had a lovely clog so it got cleared and received a new p trap and new capacitor for the condenser. Back up and running like it was 20 years younger. 239-293-7374 🙏🏻

Mini splits for the win!! This unit was replacing a flooded unit by hurricane Ian in the Barefoot Beach community.
