Three things Florida humidity does to bathrooms that most homeowners don't catch until it's expensive. 🌴

1. If your grout is darkening and cleaning doesn't fix it, the moisture is usually behind the tile, not on it.

2. Builder grade exhaust fans move about half the air a Florida bathroom actually needs. If your mirror stays fogged 10 minutes after a shower, your fan isn't keeping up.

"How long does a tub to shower conversion actually take?"

Honest answer: 3 to 5 days for most single family homes. 🛁

Here's what those days look like:
