🌯 TEAM MEETING… FINAL DETAIL STYLE! 🎨

This morning I decided to make the crew sausage, egg & cheese breakfast burritos for our team meeting.

Did I burn the eggs a little? Maybe. 😂
Did I mix them in really well so hopefully nobody could tell? Absolutely! 🤣

One thing is for sure… we definitely paint a lot better than I cook! 🎨😂

But mornings like this are about more than breakfast. Team meetings are so important. They give us time to slow down, communicate, get everyone moving in the same direction, and most importantly, continue building a stronger bond as a team.

I’m thankful for the people God has put around me and for opportunities like this to sit together, laugh together, learn together, and grow together.

🙏 Thank God for mornings like this.

Not all cabinet paint is created equal. 🎨

Cabinets take a lot of daily abuse—hands, cleaning, bumps, scratches, and everyday wear. Even a professionally painted cabinet can begin showing wear after 1-2 years if the coating isn’t strong enough.

Recently, we discovered an imported Italian product that we can add to our cabinet coating system to help strengthen the finish and improve its durability. 🇮🇹💪

Does that mean your cabinets can never chip or scratch? Of course not. But our goal is to give you a stronger, longer-lasting finish and protect the investment you’re making in your kitchen.

If you’re considering repainting your cabinets, don’t just ask, “What color?”

MEET THE TEAM — STEPHEN 🎨

Stephen may have joined The Final Detail Painting only about 90 days ago, but it already feels like he’s been part of our story since 2001.

That’s because Stephen represents so much of what this company was built on: faith in Jesus Christ, serving others, generosity, and doing more than what’s expected.

Raised as a missionary kid, serving people has always been a big part of Stephen’s life. He has a genuine heart for others and will go out of his way to help someone without expecting anything in return. He’s also a prayer warrior and has accompanied missionaries in serving others.

With our customers, Stephen takes the extra time to explain the painting process and make sure they understand exactly what to expect when they work with us. He wants people to feel comfortable, informed, and cared for—not just sold a paint job.

Most importantly, Stephen loves his wife and is a proud father of two successful daughters.

🎨 MEET THE TEAM — CHASE!

This one is a little extra special to me because Chase isn’t just part of the Final Detail Painting team — he’s my son.

Chase has been around painting since he was about 4 years old. He would come visit me on the job, ask for a paintbrush, and start painting the walls just because he wanted to be with Dad. ❤️

Around 13, he started spending his summers helping with the little jobs. Year after year, he learned more, worked harder, and as of this May, he officially joined us full-time!

Today, Chase has developed a strong work ethic and takes pride in doing things right. He’s also a people person — he enjoys getting to know our customers and always seems to have a big smile on his face.

Outside of work, Chase loves Jesus, enjoys church on Sundays, working out, running, and of course spending time with his dog, Coco. 🐾

As a dad, it’s pretty special getting to watch your son grow up and now work alongside you. I’m proud to have Chase on our team and even more proud to call him my son.

Angelica is one of those people who always seems to be on the move. She loves to work and even says that on her weekends, she’d rather be doing something than nothing! 😄

She brings a smile, a positive attitude, and a team-first mindset to every job. She’s personable, dependable, loves cats 🐱, and even enjoys the freedom of riding a motorcycle! 🏍️

One thing we especially appreciate about Angelica is the way she respects our customers’ homes. She works hard to keep everything clean and organized—and whenever she’s asked to help with something, her answer is usually the same, with a smile:

“Sure!”

Alondra has a big heart for people and brings a kind presence to the team.

She loves cats, and on some lunch breaks you may even find her reading a book — so feel free to ask her what she’s reading! 📚🐱

Alondra is an important part of our team and works under the direction of myself, Steve Zeinner, and our crew leader, Levi. She does a great job helping on the jobsite, especially when it comes to keeping things clean, organized, and respectful in our customers’ homes.

Her strengths include solid prep work, attention to detail, and spraying cabinets as well.

She is loyal, dependable, and a valued part of Final Detail Painting, and we’re thankful to have her on the team. ❤️🎨

⭐ MEET THE TEAM — WALTER ⭐

First and foremost, Walter’s first love is Jesus Christ. 🙏 He is a pastor of a small church, a devoted husband, and a loving father.

Walter brings that same character into his work every day. He’s respectful, dependable, efficient, and always smiling. If you know Walter well enough, there’s a good chance that smile comes with a hug too!

One thing I really appreciate about Walter is that he doesn’t take shortcuts. He follows our Standard Operating Procedures and respects our customers, their homes, and their belongings. In all the years I’ve known him, I honestly can’t remember hearing him complain.

And when it comes to painting, Walter can do a little bit of everything—from proper preparation and rolling walls to spraying doors and trim. He truly enjoys his work, and it shows.

We’re blessed to have Walter as part of the Final Detail Painting family. ❤️🎨
