🚨 NOW HIRING – CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER 🚨
Key Screening – Fort Myers / Southwest Florida
💰 Salary: $72,000 per year
Key Screening is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.
We specialize in custom pool screen enclosures, patio extensions, insulated roofs, screen rooms, aluminum structures, concrete and paver projects throughout Southwest Florida.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple construction projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
* Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion
* Coordinate installers, subcontractors, materials and scheduling
* Review job scopes, plans, measurements and project requirements before installation
* Make sure projects are ready before crews are dispatched
* Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide project updates
* Coordinate with permitting, engineering and inspections
* Identify problems early and help develop solutions
* Keep project information, schedules, photos and notes organized in our systems
* Manage punch list items and ensure projects are properly completed and closed out
* Work closely with ownership, office staff, sales and field crews
What We’re Looking For:
* Construction/project management experience preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple active projects at the same time
* Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Able to communicate professionally with customers and crews
* Reliable, accountable and able to work independently
* Experience with screen enclosures, aluminum construction, pools, roofing, concrete, pavers or residential construction is a major plus
* Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
