Rice Windows and Doors is an established general contractor providing window installations for residential new construction and retrofit/remodeling. We are seeking to add an experienced lead installer to our team. Serving the Lee, Collier and Charlotte county areas, we pride ourselves on being local, reliable experts.

Requirements:
-Ability to install window and door products according to manufacturer and building code requirements.
-Attention to detail to ensure installations are done properly the first time, without unnecessary call-backs.
-Maintain a clean and safe job-site, and ensure job quality.
-Employ proper time-management to complete installations efficiently.

What we offer:
-Monday thru Friday schedule, w/optional Saturdays for those looking to maximize income. Weekly pay.

We are hiring a service, punch-out and warranty expert!

Must be able to diagnose, service and repair windows, swing doors and sliding glass doors. This includes making final adjustments, replacing parts, re-glazing and trim/hardware installation.

Must be a PROBLEM SOLVER! The goal of this position is to bring jobs to 100% completion!

Requires ATTENTION TO DETAIL and ORGANIZATION! Take detailed notes and measurements of any items needed to be corrected or submitted to manufacturers for warranty.

Pay depends on experience!

COVID-19 UPDATE: Our showroom is now open, but it is still recommended to call ahead. We have returned to normal business hours and operations although extended lead times for materials are ongoing with some suppliers. Customers are still welcome to call or email, and can send us measurements and photos if they would like assistance without an on-site visit. Thanks and stay safe!
