Our acreage custom home build is making progress. Block walls are up, tie beam is poured and the 2nd floor above garage bonus room roof trusses and lumber package have been delivered! Carpenters start tomorrow!

Update on our Sanibel project. All of the house, pool and spa concrete pilings have been driven and completed. Next up is foundation grade beam footers! Building back stronger 💪!

Update on our Acreage build! Underground Plumbing and Electrical has been installed, inspected and approved.Early this morning we started pouring concrete for the house slab and the crew is putting finishing touches on it now!
Luckily we dodged the 🌧 rain.

Our gulf front Fort Myers Beach project is coming along great! This home is built like a fortress with solid concrete columns, tie beam, entry stairs/landings and concrete plank main floors and porches!
Level 5 drywall, Tile floors and baths, interior doors/trim and stucco are all completed. Painters start Monday, we are so excited to see it painted!

Starting the excavation of the foundation footers on our next acreage custom home build! This masterpiece is setting on nearly
10 acres of land and boasts over 5400+ square footage under Air with over 7500+ total square footage. We are very excited and beyond grateful to have been chosen to build this one of kind Custom Home for this Family! Stay tuned for updates!
