Troubleshoot and Perform residential roof repairs including Flat Roofs (Modified Bitumen), Sloped Roofs (Metal, Shingle, and Tile)
Solid grasp of the local roofing industry practices including safety requirements
Strong understanding of effective industry repair procedures
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Inspect and Document roofing issues and how they were remedied
Ability to effectively communicate with the team as well as clients
Adhere to company policies and procedures
