Some builders install channel main drains, the idea is the suction is spread across a longer surface area. Unfortunately these channel drains over some time become weak and are prone to failure. Here is an example of the stress causing the channel drain to concave.
Pool Solutions can temporarily seal the seam, but this is not a durable repair, due to the stress on the pool floor the sealant will re-open and leak in the future.
We are the professionals with a final Solution. We would convert the channel main drain to 2 standard 8 inch main drains, and still stay compliant of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Saftey Act.

Shallow end pool return repair. Carefully lifted pavers, it was necessary to carefully jackhammer out concrete subdeck, excavate and expose the plumning; then Pool Solutions repaired stress free!
Backfilled, reconcrete the hole and reinstalled pavers to the best of our ability. It's like magic/ as if we were never here.

Are you on the board of a Commercial Property with large plumbing and equipment?? No problem! Pool Solutions has the experience to replumb any leaking plumbing pertaining to apool and spa regardless of size.
This large Collector tank, some may know them as surge tanks; had water pooling out from underneath. Pool Solutions was able to drain the collector tank, tunnel up under the tank (in very limited working space), expose the plumbing, identify the break and replumb leak free! As always we double and triple check our work before backfilling, to assure there are no further leak issues for the assioation/ homeowner to be aware of.

Patchwork such as FlexSeal wrapped in saran wrap just wont cut it. This is why you call us professionals. We will replumb the pool/spa equipment the correct way.
As you can see we were able to clean up the equipment pad quite a bit as well. The salt cell hasnt functioned in a long while, and had been converted to a chlorinated system by others- Pool Solutions just eliminated it for a cleaner, more sleek appearance.

Commercial properties on the water can be a bit tricky to pinpoint; especially when located on the waterfront. Pool Solutions identified the spa return was not holding pressure. We opened a hole next to the spa where we thought we heard rumbling of the break- lo and behold.. no break or trailing water located in this spot.
We are not the company to give up when things get a little difficult. Our team is very persistent and we will work our way to the solution!
After a few window holes following the spa returns path, we located the break. This particular build was plumbed in with these metal brackets underground, which ended up causing too much stress on the pipe and it cracked. We cut out the break and replumbed stress free, bypassing that metal vice.
The pool and spa is back open for sunshine and dolphin scenery!
