A BIG win for ! Miami just proved something we’ve believed for years.🙌🏼

Tiny homes weren’t impossible to build. The rules made them impossible to build economically.

By updating its zoning code to allow cottage housing on qualifying small lots, Miami opened the door to more attainable homeownership, better use of vacant land, and stronger neighborhoods without high-rise development.

Now it’s time for the rest of Florida to pay attention.

For years, Miniopolis has been proving that resilience, sustainability, and efficiency don’t have to come with a luxury price tag.
