• Schedule appointments & help close sales
• Update customer information in our CRM

Requirements:
• Sales, call center, or customer service experience
• Strong communication & computer skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Organized, dependable & sales-driven

Rubio Pavers Installation is looking for a motivated, organized, and professional person to join our team in Fort Myers, FL.

📍 IN-PERSON POSITION – NOT REMOTE
🕗 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
✅ Sales experience REQUIRED
✅ CRM experience REQUIRED
✅ Customer service & office experience
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

We’re looking for someone confident speaking with customers, following up on estimates and leads, and helping us close more projects.
