SOLHDC, Inc. is announcing a collaborative endeavor to support a sense of community and partnership. BB&T Bank and Children’s Network of SWFL along with other local businesses are sponsoring a Curb Appeal Refresher on Saturday June 1, 2019 from 8am to 12pm. We are excited and extremely appreciative to have been selected to be the recipient of this Community Project. There has been a variety of paint, mulch and other supplies donated from Home Depot. In-kind services, and expertise of Olde Florida Painting, and man power is being provided by BB&T Bank, CNSWFL, SOLHDC, Inc. employees along with volunteers from Velasco Village Neighborhood Association, Royal Palm Lodge 512, and Sigma Beta Club students.

These customers were having problems with water intrusion. We replaced all sealants primed and painted the building now it is sealed properly, has a warranty, and looks great!!!
