Another waterfront upgrade complete! 🌊🔨

We just wrapped up this floating dock system using Dock Blocks by Gulf Stream Docks—a clean, durable setup that moves with the water and gives this property easy access right from the shoreline.

Floating docks are a great solution for locations with changing water levels, difficult shorelines, or where a traditional fixed dock may not be the best fit.

Another project wrapped up on Sanibel Island! 🌴🔨

This staircase was ready for a serious rebuild, so our crew removed the deteriorated structure and rebuilt it from the ground up—creating a strong, clean, and durable staircase designed to handle the tough Southwest Florida environment.

This dock is almost ready for its final transformation with 1” OC PVC decking and a 27,000 lb Boat Lift US lift. The unique lot lines on this canal required a custom layout, but we designed it to maximize every square foot of the homeowner’s buildable backyard space without sacrificing functionality or style.

For this Sanibel staircase, we removed the rotted 6x6 support posts and replaced them with new pressure-treated 6x6s installed on 3-foot-deep concrete footers for a solid, long-lasting foundation. No shortcuts—just quality craftsmanship built to stand up to Florida’s coastal conditions.

🏝️ Backyard Transformation Complete! 🏝️

Another waterfront dream brought to life right here in Cape Coral, Florida! 🌴⚓

This project was all about turning an ordinary backyard into the ultimate waterfront hangout. We installed beautiful Lumberock PVC decking, giving this dock a clean, low-maintenance finish that’s built to handle the Florida lifestyle for years to come.

One of the biggest challenges? The existing concrete davit pads. Instead of tearing them out, we turned them into a feature! We custom framed and decked around each pad, creating two bar-height tables with built-in rod holders that double as umbrella holders. Now the homeowners have the perfect place to relax, entertain friends, enjoy a meal, or watch the sunset from the water.

Sometimes the best solutions don’t involve removing an obstacle—they involve transforming it into something even better.
