Saltgrass Reserve on Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, FL is moving forward on several fronts.

Here’s this week’s progress:
• Clubhouse: Roof trusses set and sheathing complete
• Building 2: First-floor slab poured, so vertical construction can begin
• Building 3: Precast plank set for the second floor
• Building 15: First-floor exterior block walls underway
• Sitework: Lake excavation in progress, including removing cap rock to reach design elevation

A milestone at Imperial 41 in Bonita Springs, FL 🎉

Progress continues along the Imperial River as crews recently completed the fourth-floor topping slab on the North Building of this two-building apartment community. With fourth floor blocking up next, followed by truss installation on the North Building, and construction officially underway on the South Building, the project continues to move forward.

Every milestone reflects the coordination, craftsmanship, and hard work of the teams bringing this community to life. We’re proud to see the progress taking shape and look forward to sharing what’s next!

Project Highlight: Encore Daniels Falls 📍 Fort Myers, FL

Our most recent build is complete: 240 new apartment homes in a five-story building in Fort Myers.

The scope included:
→ One five-story apartment building with 240 units
→ Integrated clubhouse
→ Swimming pool and deck
→ Six garage buildings with 42 bays, including ADA-accessible garages
→ Integrated maintenance building
→ All related sitework and site amenities

From the first day of sitework to the final walkthrough, this one took a full team effort. Thank you to our owner, design partners, trade partners, and the Brooks & Freund team who brought it home.

Proud to add Encore Daniels Falls to the list of communities we've built in Southwest Florida.

Our team is raising money for Make-A-Wish Southwest Florida with our Raffle for Wishes 🌟 We've put together gift baskets full of goodies from local favorites: a Day of Fun, W**e and Dine, Girls Day, Pamper Party, Love Boat, and even a private boat trip to Cabbage Key!

How to enter:
🎟️ Donate on our Make-A-Wish team page (CLICK LINK IN COMMENTS) and choose Kristin or Paula. The minimum donation is $10 for 5 entries, and every additional $10 gets you 5 more.
📧 Once it processes, email [[email protected]] with your name, email, phone number, and donation amount. We'll verify it and send your entry numbers by email.
💵 Prefer cash? See Kristin or Paula at our Fort Myers office. We record every entry, so you don't need a physical ticket to win.

100% of ticket sales go to Make-A-Wish SWFL. We'll draw five winners on Friday, Oct. 2, one for each basket, and notify winners by phone and email.
