Some home elevator designs are worth a closer look.

This custom glass-walled elevator uses a pass-through configuration, with openings on opposite sides of the cab to accommodate the landing locations on different floors.

What makes this installation stand out is how those functional requirements were incorporated into the design. Expansive glass walls preserve sightlines through the space, while black framing, a coordinating interior and our Estate Gate complement the home’s window system and architectural details.

The result is an elevator that feels considered as part of the home’s design, down to the gate.

The Southeast Elevator team gathered at Indian River State College in Fort Pierce for our annual Continuing Education class, with eight additional team members joining remotely from Panhandle Elevators Inc, Pensacola.
