Proud of what we do!
Recently, on the Interstate 90 ramps project near Vivian a segment of approximately 150 feet was paved using continuously reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP). CRCP contains continuous longitudinal steel reinforcement and has no transverse joints, except as required at after work has ended for the day and at bridge approaches and transitions to other pavement structures.
This recently completed work is located on I-90 at exit 212 (Vivian) where traffic has been routed around the project locations via the on- and off-ramps. Over the next couple of weeks crews will begin paving shoulders, sealing joints, installing high tension guardrail, grooving pavement markings, and seeding the area in order to fully restore travel.
