🎉 Congratulations to Jon Garrett, our August/September 2026 Employee of the Month! 🎉

Jon is our Lead Scraper Operator for the Aggregate dirt crew, and you could say hauling dirt runs in his blood! Growing up in Montrose, SD, Jon comes from a family of dirt haulers, so it's no surprise that he loves what he does every day.

Before joining Morris, Jon worked as a small engine mechanic. Outside of work, life is getting even more exciting! Jon married his wife last year, and they're now expecting their first child! 👶

We're lucky to have Jon as part of the Morris team and appreciate the hard work and dedication he brings to the job every day.

Congratulations, Jon! 👏🚜

🥁🥁 DRUM ROLL... The winner of the Dirt Movers vs. Money Movers Blood Drive Challenge is...

🏆 DIRT MOVERS!

Together, Morris and BankWest had 30 people take time out of their day to donate blood—helping impact up to 90 lives right here in South Dakota! 🩸❤️

The final count:
🏗️ Dirt Movers – Morris: 16 donors
💰 Money Movers – BankWest: 14 donors

It was a close one, but the Dirt Movers pulled out the win! 🏆

A huge thank you to BankWest for joining us in this challenge and bringing a little friendly competition to an important cause.

And while John Morris and Andy Hubbart may represent opposite sides of the challenge, they're holding the perfect reminder of what this was really about—two businesses, one community, and one pretty important mission: saving lives. 🩸

30 donors. Up to 90 lives impacted. That's something BOTH teams can be proud of! ❤️
