Just to be clear, we are absolutely fine. Mail came early, delivered directly to my desk, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. We now get a new desk, computer and a better view. We will make the best of the makeover as we always do in situations like these.

Look. Accidents happen to the best of us. We are human, and that’s what makes us awesome. Sometimes they are a bit more heavy than others, but still a natural, human phenomena. No one was hurt. The gentleman involved in the delivering to my office this morning is a good man that has worked diligently for the United States Postal Service for over a decade to take care of his beautiful family. We know he and his family are concerned about potential repercussions from a basic traffic accident. We think we are all very aware that we have all, for the most part, been in traffic accidents at some point if we’ve driven long enough, and DO NOT want this fine person to be fired.

News has made it a spectacle. Due to our location, many in the downtown community are talking.

Make no mistake, nothing was intentional. This is not terminal cancer. We can fix everything. We can happily replace our damaged belongings with upgrades and now have an even better view of downtown.

This was simply an untimely, human and honest accident, and we are already 50% through repairs and making my office even better than it was before.

Please don’t judge harshly- Good people experience unintentional mistakes every day. This was the result of exactly that, and in the end, we get a better view👌

Life is good over here.
