Pay: $15/hour

About Us:
Kimmons Design and Build Inc is a residential construction company that specializes in building ICF homes, ICF pools/spas, and outdoor entertainment.
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Construction Laborer to assist with various on-site tasks. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. Work is primarily outdoors and varies by project.
Responsibilities:
Assist in general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, cleaning, and material handling
Operate hand and power tools under supervision
Load and unload materials and equipment
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Follow basic safety procedures
Work independently when needed and take initiative on tasks
Basic Requirements:
18 years or older
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Basic experience in construction or general labor preferred
Must be able to work independently and take direction
Eligible to work in the U.S.
What We Offer:
Consistent work within 1 hour of Fort Smith

Another phase complete on this incredible property 🔧

We’ve been working with this client since 2021, helping bring their vision to life one project at a time—full remodel, custom 3-car garage, cabin and barn upgrades, and now this private range.

This setup includes a cleared shooting lane, concrete slab with benches, metal carport, custom storage, and a finished pistol wall.

It’s always rewarding to work with clients who trust us to keep building over time. We’re wrapping up a big backyard remodel now, with a pole barn coming next.
