We would love to GIVE A big thank you to the Williams Family! They were absolutely amazing to work with and we were able to provide them with an amazing yard to pair with the incredible Home! This Project was 26 Pallets of Cobalt St. Augustine sod. We cultivated and removed approximately 12,000 sq. Foot of old w**dy lawn. Then graded and installed this amazing grass! Cobalt is a Hybrid St. Augustine that is completely changing the way traditional St. Augustine is often viewed. Unlike your good old Classic St. Augustine sod, Cobalt is Drought Resistant , Disease Tolerant, Shade Tolerant, and provides many more exceptional benefits. It was developed by Texas A&M, and in my opinion (20+years of experience) , it is changing the way I always viewed St. Augustine. If you are looking into lawn replacement, give us a call. We cultivated and removed and graded. Installed a privacy fence across the back of his property. And installed over 5800 sq. Ft. Of Cobalt St. Augustine. We removed the old w**dy yard, installed a golf cart path from thier cart house to the driveway. Then installed Cobalt St. Augustine. This project went great from Start to Finish. Another River Rock Transformation!! You got it! Thank you to Mr. Michael of Ft. Walton Beach! You were such fun to work with on this project and showed complete trust in my company to do the perfect job! We truly thank you!! We replaced the driveway with Napoli Pavers, completely removed all of the old w**d infested lawn. The best part about this project was getting to repurpose their existing stones and utilizing them to make beautiful curved edging.
