Completed this one yesterday. Some good clients of mine had a water leak at their tub faucet and they had to pull up the flooring. I got in there and did the lvp flooring, 1/4 round, and reset the toilet. I was able to remove a transition strip leading into the bathroom that gave it a lot better flow. Looking better than new!

I don’t usually post the turnovers I do, but I got in and knocked this rental out today. The master bedroom and a bathroom went from white to agreeable gray. Other than that it was just touch up paint with a handful of maintenance items. All ready for the next tenant!
