CM3 has completed a major HVAC and lighting upgrade at Ocean City Baptist Church, a historic 1920s-era building in Ocean City, NJ. Utilizing the South Jersey Industries Clean Energy Program, the church was able to cover 75% of the project cost with rebates and finance the remaining balance at 0% interest, making the upgrades both energy-efficient and cost-effective.

Big lifts take big teamwork! For the last several days, the CM3 crew has been working hand-in-hand with I. B. Dickinson & Sons, Inc Crane Service and Perkiomen Valley School District to lift and install 12 rooftop units at Perkiomen Valley High School. This project is the latest of five phases totaling over $45 million in facility modernization projects. Shout out to the CM3, Dickinson, and Local Union 420 Servicemen and Building & Tradesmen who braved 90-degree heat, wind, and rain to get this project off the ground 😉!
