We recently completed a medical office reconfiguration for Stillwater Hospice at their Homestead Road location! 📍

In this project, we created one room out of two, removed a pocket door, closed off a doorway, removed a dividing wall, installed flooring, and painted.

TI Source is excited to announce a new renovation project at 3030 Lake Ave, Suite 6, in Fort Wayne!

This 1,068 SF suite will soon be occupied by a new tenant, so we will be installing new flooring, adding a sink, painting, demoing one framed door opening, and infilling an existing door frame.

We’re proud to support another efficient turnaround renovation delivered on time and within scope.

Please join us in welcoming Alex Cox to the TI Source team! 👋

Alex joins us as our Preconstruction Estimator, and he will be estimating tenant remodels and capital improvement projects.

He will be primarily responsible for writing scopes of work, managing the bidding process, and overseeing vendors and contractors.

Previously, Alex worked as a project manager and estimator for Preferred, Inc. in their commercial roofing division.

Outside of work, you can find Alex with his wife and 4 children hiking, camping, or kayaking.

Alex is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy!
