Project in May 2021: Demo fireplace material down to studs, removed door on left of fireplace and drywall down to studs. Frame wall, shelving and top of hearth. Electrical done for new TV, new heat element/insert fireplace and four new lighted shelving units. Install stone on wall, around hearth and installed 2” limestone for hearth.

Project from November 2020 - May 2021: Demo old deck, tree & landscaping. Install girder system & floor system for new screened in porch. Install Timber Tech Pro for floor, deck and stairs with decorative rail. Removed existing window & installed new Anderson Narrow Line sliding patio door. Remove existing exterior door, frame in opening, install new subsiding, v***r barrier, insulation and drywall. Framed 11’6”x12’ screened in porch with open beam concept in cedar and installed 2 storm doors. Installed standing seam metal roof. Poured 12’x16’ curved concrete patio including stamp & color. Built exterior cabinet for Big Green Egg Grill out of concrete CMU block with veneer stone, limestone caps and stainless steel door. Electrical installed inside of porch for ceiling fan, interior & exterior lighting and to exterior cabinet.

Project in April 2021: Installed 2 niche cabinets with trellis at a local Fort Wayne Cemetery.
