Our crew is working to get this retail plaza completed by end of the year. It will include a 5000 sqft Belmont store along with 2 lease space.

We have started preparation for a new 8500 sqft strip center in Roanoke ind. We should have permits soon and we are excited about this building for one of our good customers. More news to follow.

We are working with the new owners of the old Trumble Brewing building on Broadway. New owners are making some upgrades and we hope to be open in March. We will keep you posted.

Another project in the books. Jacks donuts on N Anthony opened today and we were happy to help them expand with this 2nd donut shop.

H H Equipment & Design has just completed the new SV Liquors out on US 24 & Homestead rd. They opened yesterday and have all your Holiday needs. Owner Kristen was a pleasure to work with.

We are finishing up Grain & Berry restaurant. Should be opening in a couple weeks. Great owners to work with on this project, glad we could be apart of this remodel.

We have about completed the new 8500 sqft Belmont Beverage store at corner of Wheelock and Stellhorn rd.
We have enjoyed building this project for a great local family owned business. We wish them the best and look forward to the next project.

We have completed most the outside task. Just needs gutters and some grass seed. The Inside drywall and finishes will take some time and be spread out over the fall and even into winter.

We have been busy last couple weeks getting this place enclosed. We will be working on getting the outside buttoned up over the next 2 months.

We are moving forward on lake home project. Basement slab and walls complete. A lot rebar and concrete required for a structural slab due to poor ground conditions.We plan on Basement wood framing next week if weather is good.
